Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement within operational workflows
Engage in meetings with the global operations product owner to prioritize work based on strategic objectives
Assess SAP’s alignment with business needs by exploring solution options and suggesting process adjustments as needed
Partner closely with the SAP functional/technical team to implement process enhancements in SAP through data manipulation, configuration, and WRICEF developments
Translate business requirements into various levels of comprehension: from business users to senior management, IT professionals, and SAP functional experts
Conduct research to identify and address issues, making substantial improvements or changes to existing methods as per business demands
Display a strong sense of accountability and take ownership of assigned responsibilities
Actively pursue solutions and exercise decision making skills
Demonstrate initiative in understanding customer environments and delivering quality client service while being proactive and responsive to client needs
Embrace flexibility to adapt to and learn new technologies, showcasing a commitment to continuous learning
Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver results within established timelines and budgets for customers
Support global master data governance efforts concerning data inquiries, modifications, and new product introductions (NPI)
Develop comprehensive documentation for implemented solutions and conduct user training sessions to ensure smooth adoption and proficiency within the SAP environment

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Analytics or Business Administration (with Supply Chain, Operations or Analytics concentration), or equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered
At least 5 years of business experience, including 1–2 years supporting supply chain, warehouse or manufacturing operations
Demonstrate proven experience working collaboratively within teams or on project assignments
Have a solid background with SAP, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in modules such as Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Warehouse Management (WM), Logistics Execution (LE). Knowledge of Quality Management (QM) is an advantage
Exhibit a demonstrated capability to comprehend SAP systems at both a business process and configuration/data level
Proficiently use Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to analyze data and present information effectively
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with individuals across all levels of management within the organization
Strong focus on customer satisfaction
Ability and willingness to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Proven ability to foster teamwork and collaborative behavior
Working knowledge across various business domains
Capacity and willingness to educate and train others
Effective verbal and written communication skills
