Product Management Principal
FedEx Corporation is seeking a Product Management Principal to lead the Vertical Marketing strategy and commercial execution for Aerospace, Department of Defense, and AI/Data Centers customer segments. The role involves developing product strategies, managing complex projects, and collaborating with global teams to drive commercial growth.

Responsibilities
Developing and executing strategy in alignment with corporate objectives and timelines
Fact base, gap analysis, and recommendation development to solve customer problems and drive immediate results
Highly complex project management across global teams and business units
Cross functional team leadership across global teams and business units
Project and timeline issue resolution to ensure project and results achieve stated outcomes and objectives
Opportunity and issue identification that help meet or exceed state goals
Expert-level marketing analysis including computer-generated modeling to help facilitate meaning discussion and faster results
Budget and forecasting modeling in alignment with project goals and objectives
Internal and external industry research to ensure project scope will meet customer requirements
Direct engagement with global teams, sales, operations and engineering
Development and delivery of executive leadership presentation content and material
Direct revenue and key metric performance metrics results
Qualification
Required
Developing and executing strategy in alignment with corporate objectives and timelines
Fact base, gap analysis, and recommendation development to solve customer problems and drive immediate results
Highly complex project management across global teams and business units
Cross functional team leadership across global teams and business units
Project and timeline issue resolution to ensure project and results achieve stated outcomes and objectives

Expert-level marketing analysis including computer-generated modeling to help facilitate meaning discussion and faster results
Budget and forecasting modeling in alignment with project goals and objectives
Internal and external industry research to ensure project scope will meet customer requirements

Direct revenue and key metric performance metrics results
Master's Degree/equivalent in product marketing, economics, business, or related field
Five (5) years work experience in functions focused on product management, market analysis or research, or equivalent
Superior knowledge of competitive, market and economic factors affecting product performance and ability to perform fact based data analysis
Expert communication and presentation skills, quantitative, problem structuring and solving skills
Superior executive presence, human relations, networking and influencing skills
Strong project management and project management leadership experience
Preferred
Deep understanding of Aerospace, Department of Defense ecosystem, and or AI Datacenters
Sales, engineering and / or marketing experience in these areas is a plus
Global strategy & business case development
Global level project coordination, leadership and management
Opportunity assessment, gap analysis, strategic recommendations
Executive presentation development and leadership
Pipeline and lead generation
Financial modeling and assessments
