Responsibilities
Ability to work in a team role in design and design-build projects
Implement BIM management plan for select projects
Provide peer review services for projects designed by other design teams
Review and coordinate key submittals and shop drawings
Develop 3D computer models for review and coordination
Develop 4D computer sequence and animation videos for review and coordination
Review laser scan data and as-built documentation for project coordination
Develop layout plans for field coordination, design, and construction integration (DCI)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field
3-5 years of experience working as an Architect
Proficient in Revit
Preferred
Desire to work in a fast paced, technically advanced, and team oriented environment
Strong communication skills
Multifamily and/or Retail experience
