Lead strategic client partnerships—deliver thought leadership, performance insights, and ongoing recommendations aligned to client marketing and business goals
Own client satisfaction & retention through consistent communication, collaborative planning, in‑person meetings, and high‑impact performance presentations
Drive account expansion by identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across your portfolio and building deeper, wider relationships within enterprise brands
Guide digital strategy leveraging expertise in SEO, paid search, local search, and performance marketing to maximize client results
Analyze data & performance trends using search engines, analytics tools, and Rio SEO’s platform to craft compelling and actionable insights
Monitor KPIs & optimize programs to exceed client objectives with a continuous improvement mindset
Stay ahead of industry trends including local search updates, competitive shifts, and emerging best practices—and clearly communicate POVs to clients
Qualification
Required
6+ years of Account Management or Client Success experience (enterprise preferred)
Proven success managing and growing Fortune 500 client relationships
Strong digital marketing knowledge—SEO, SEM, local search, and performance marketing required
Experience analyzing large datasets and turning data into client‑ready insights
Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word; familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)
Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills—written and verbal
Confident, self‑directed, collaborative, and highly detail‑oriented
Preferred
Expertise in Local Search and Google Business Profile
Deep SEO background plus complementary experience in SEM, PPC, display, social, email, and analytics
SaaS industry experience with a focus on client delivery or account growth
Working knowledge of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
