Responsibilities
Manage multi-practice and panel RFPs from intake to submission, coordinating timelines and stakeholders while collaborating with attorneys, leadership, and cross-functional teams to develop persuasive proposals
Maintain and enhance proposal content and leverage internal systems to track opportunities and outcomes
Qualification
Required
Experience in leading and executing Request for Proposal (RFP) and strategic proposal efforts
Ability to act as a strategic advisor and project manager
Skills to craft compelling, client-focused materials
Experience managing multi-practice and panel RFPs from intake to submission
Ability to coordinate timelines and stakeholders
Experience collaborating with attorneys, leadership, and cross-functional teams
Skills to develop persuasive proposals
Ability to maintain and enhance proposal content
Experience leveraging internal systems to track opportunities and outcomes
Preferred
Law firm experience is highly preferred
