Sales Director - OHIO
Charlton Group is a global business development and sales representation firm that helps manufacturers grow and access international markets. They are seeking a Sales Director with a strong background in automotive sales to develop sales channels and generate revenue for multiple companies.

Responsibilities
Develop and cultivate new business throughout the US in the automotive space and other like industries
Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads
Track and report all sales activities
Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis
Travel as necessary to develop business throughout the US and Europe
Qualification
Required
Strong background in automotive sales
Comfortable with developing sales channels
Semi-frequent travel (including international)
Software on vehicle sales experience a plus
Ability to multi-task, including selling multiple products while staying very organized
Prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for multiple companies
Living in Ohio is a must
10+ years sales experience in the Automotive or Manufacturing Industry (OEM, Tier 1 and 2)
Bachelor Degree in Business or Engineering
Experience generating and maintaining relationships with sales leads
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization and self-motivation
Preferred
Honda experience a plus
