Responsibilities
Set Analytics strategy, design and manage analytics roadmaps for Regulatory domain
Define, design and track key metrics to measure product performance and lead product health monitoring
Design and execute A/B tests, causal inference, predictive analytics to identify and quantify opportunities and drive product strategy and roadmaps
Develop dashboards and other self-service data visualization tools
Partner with cross functional teams (Engineering, Product, Business etc.) to identify, prioritize and tackle business challenges & develop best in class analytics solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or other quantitative fields
5+ years of professional experience in using data to facilitate business decisions
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
Excellent communication, able to summarize complex analytical results and implications to senior leadership and collaborators in a clear and actionable manner
Proven track record of using data to drive significant business impact, preferably within a product organization
Experience in efficient manipulation and analysis of large data sets
Ability to make decisions, adapt to change and deal with ambiguity
Advanced understanding of big data technologies and tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, SQL, Python) and experimentation concepts
