Responsibilities
Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for all phases of the project
Define and implement testing processes and standards for functional, integration, and user acceptance testing
Coordinate with stakeholders to align testing activities with project timelines and strategic objectives
Manage test environments, data preparation, and defect tracking
Oversee execution of test cycles, monitor progress, and report on quality metrics
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulatory requirements (HIPAA, CMS guidelines)
Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years of experience in test management within large-scale system integration projects
Strong knowledge of SDLC, QA methodologies, and test automation frameworks
Familiarity with healthcare data standards (EDI X12, HL7, FHIR)
Experience with test management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, HP ALM)
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Experience communicating issues, status and thought leadership to partners and clients
Building impactful relationships with key influencers to effectively manage work and generate new business opportunities
Developing people through effective leadership, coaching, mentoring and performance assessment of all levels of staff
Preferred
ISTQB or similar certification
Experience in Medicaid or public healthcare projects
Exposure to API testing and integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft)
Knowledge of performance and security testing
Establish testing governance and best practices
Develop reusable templates for test documentation
