Responsibilities
Translate high level business goals and strategies into integrated marketing campaigns aimed at increasing awareness, engagement, and conversion
Lead digital marketing strategy and oversee tactical execution, testing plans, and robust reporting across paid media, influencer, content, affiliate and PR
Champion cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders in Sales, R&D, Finance, People & Community teams
Partner with the VP of Marketing to build out brand, product and international marketing support functions in support of long term growth
Center the GU shared purpose and core values in our internal culture and external communications
Qualification
Required
10+ years of marketing experience, including senior leadership roles
Deep experience in digital, product, and brand
A strategic, collaborative leader who balances creativity with data
Preferred
CPG or sports nutrition experience strongly preferred
