They are seeking a visionary Integrated Marketing Director to lead North American marketing and strategy development, orchestrating cross-functional teams to design impactful marketing plans and drive brand equity.

Responsibilities

Develop North American (NAM) specific communications strategies spanning across multiple channels and touchpoints. Also, support the adoption or adaptation of brand strategies and assets delivered by the HQ team
Lead the local NAM development and communications strategy, ensuring it is bridging market business goals with a global comms plan
Ideate and partner with the local and global teams on campaign and content development to ensure alignment with NAM business needs and content for the most impactful media channels
Coordinate with media, earned, trade, category, e-commerce, and other relevant cross-functional teams to drive holistic plans
Work closely with the Category team on new De’Longhi and Braun product launches and develop a product/campaign launch toolkit
Coordinate with the finance team and all marketing capabilities to manage the budget end-to-end
Develop any local content needs that have not been provided by the HQ team
Ensure we have a diverse asset suite—beyond just video—that can be utilized across our highest-opportunity channels (e.g., OOH, Podcasts, Retail, DSP/Programmatic, Meta.)
Lead the team in developing strategic insights and analysis to identify key issues and opportunities, focusing on the 'what, why, and what we do about it' to ensure a strategic approach and execution plan for all marketing challenges
Partner cross-functionally to focus on marketing transformation, including building a strategic roadmap to win in the evolving AI-driven LLM models space
Miscellaneous other Marketing responsibilities as needed by the business

Required

8–10 years of experience in media strategy and execution, ideally in CPG, DTC, or lifestyle brands
Proven success leading Integrated marketing programs
Strong leadership skills with the ability to work cross functionally with teams across the marketing organization to drive strategic alignment and cohesive plans
A full-funnel mindset with a keen eye on culture and the role it plays in marketing today
Passion for precision, storytelling, and continuous improvement
Approximately 10% travel as needed
