Handle confidential material with discretion
Meet deadlines and manage logistical details for overlapping events and projects
Oversee and advise staff at event check-in for 1100 attendees
Maintain a professional demeanor in person and over the phone
Provide excellent communication and customer service skills
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and computer skills
Ability to problem-solve and communicate clearly
Ability to handle confidential material with discretion
Excellent computer skills, including experience in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Adobe, Outlook, and data management
Ability to meet deadlines and manage logistical details for overlapping events and projects
Ability to oversee and advise staff at event check-in for 1100 attendees
Professional demeanor in person and over the phone
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Minimum two years of relevant professional experience, such as in an administrative or office assistant role
Preferred
Experience with software such as CVENT
Previous event planning experience
A two- or four-year college degree
