Responsibilities

Document end-to-end business processes using BPMN, Visio, or similar tools

Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities

Collaborate with airline customer teams to validate documented processes and assumptions

Translate business processes into clear functional requirements, user stories, and artifacts

Present findings, insights, and recommendations to executive, business, and technical stakeholders

Support customer billing workflows, including invoicing, revenue flows, and exception handling

Partner with internal delivery, IT, and product teams to ensure accurate implementation

Maintain process documentation in Confluence or similar repositories

Support change management by ensuring process updates are clearly communicated
