Identity Security Project Lead & Enablement Manager

They are seeking an experienced Identity Security Project Lead & Enablement Manager to provide strategic leadership for enterprise-scale identity and access management initiatives, focusing on planning and execution of identity security programs.
Responsibilities
Provide overall strategic and operational leadership for identity security projects and programs
Define program scope, objectives, success metrics, and governance frameworks
Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, dependencies, and risks across multiple initiatives
Develop and maintain project management artifacts including:
Project management plans
Work breakdown structures (WBS)
Integrated master schedules (IMS)
Financial and status reports
Risk and issue management documentation
Lead and support CIAM and IAM deployments with a focus on measurable outcomes and platform adoption
Partner with cross-functional teams including security, engineering, architecture, compliance, and business stakeholders
Deliver executive-level briefings and dashboards, translating technical and operational data into clear narratives
Leverage AI/ML-enabled capabilities to support identity fraud detection, authentication assurance, and data quality improvement
Ensure projects align with organizational security, compliance, and risk management standards
Qualification
Required
8–12 years of relevant professional experience in identity, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology programs
3+ years of experience as an Identity Security Project Lead, Program Manager, or Enablement Manager
3+ years managing technical implementations of identity platforms such as: Ping Identity, Okta, Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), SailPoint, BeyondTrust
Experience applying AI/ML technologies to identity security use cases (fraud detection, authentication, identity analytics, or data quality) in large-scale enterprise environments
Strong executive communication skills, including stakeholder management and data-driven storytelling
Proven ability to collaborate across multiple functional teams and operate independently
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field
If the degree is not in a directly applicable field, four (4) additional years of related experience may be substituted
Relevant certifications (e.g., IAM, security, project/program management) may be required at the task-order level
