Support day-to-day meeting operations at its Santa Clara headquarters
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering an exceptional attendee experience
Qualification
Required
Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience
2–5 years of experience in administrative support and/or AV meeting support
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a global, multi-cultural environment
Strong project management, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
Proven ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities
Ability to work independently and as part of a globally distributed team
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-profile environments
Experience with meeting platforms such as Zoom, WebEx, Skype, and similar tools
Experience with video production environments and AV terminology
Intermediate proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems
Solid understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
Proficiency interfacing computers with displays and external peripherals
Familiarity with a wide range of AV equipment including sound boards, cameras, lighting, and microphones (setup, tuning, and operation)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
