Assistant Project Manager- Design/Build Firm
Flowtec Group is a well-established design-build general contractor in Metro Detroit, known for delivering high-quality construction projects for over 40 years. They are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support day-to-day project execution and gain exposure to all phases of project delivery, with a clear path for advancement into a Project Manager role.

Responsibilities
Support Project Managers with day-to-day project execution
Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and change order management
Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and document control
Support scheduling and procurement activities
Participate in owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings
Help ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance on site
Build strong relationships with subcontractors and internal teams
Qualification
Required
2–6 years of experience in construction project management
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Experience on commercial, multifamily, healthcare, or interior projects
Familiarity with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project (or similar)
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
A team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow
