Solutions Architect

Responsibilities
Communicate Tangoe’s value proposition to senior client executives, key stakeholders, and secure buy-in
Partner with Sales Executives to lead discovery, capabilities presentations, deliver executive presentations, and perform solution demonstrations
Collaborate with Direct, Alliance and Channel teams to design solutions and strengthen partner relationships
Work cross-functionally with CX, Operations, and Product Management to align solutions with delivery capabilities and influence roadmap improvements
Engage clients to define business cases, gather requirements, and analyze gaps
Translate customer needs into actionable, cost-effective solutions using modeling tools, proof-of-concepts, and whiteboarding
Support RFP responses, pricing assurance, and ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation
Identify implementation risks & gaps and recommend solutions, including non-standard solution components, as required
Maintain strong product knowledge across MMS, TEM, and Cloud Expense Management; provide feedback to internal teams to enhance offerings
Ensure consistent communication and customer satisfaction throughout pre-sales and handoff phases
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business or related equivalent work experience
Intimate knowledge of mobile & fixed telecommunications lifecycle management, moderate Cloud IaaS and SaaS knowledge
5+ years business experience solving complex business challenges in a pre-sale's role
Experience and knowledge with Alliance and Channel pre-sales sales motions
Experience demonstrating a SaaS platform and presenting business cases, process flowcharts, etc. in person and remote
Aptitude for staying abreast of emerging technology and how innovative adoption of technology and business practices can deliver competitive advantage
Experience demonstrating enterprise software usage and implementation approaches to Executive suite
Strong communication skills: the ability to articulate the value of Tangoe's products/ solutions in a clear manner to senior business leaders as well as operational staff – verbally and in writing
Ability to interact with others in a cooperative fashion to build strong rapport based on credibility
Ability to analyze and understand data and the relationships within the data and how it is used by the business (specifically IT & telecommunication information)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite to build compelling content and presentations
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
