Responsibilities
Own the Process: Take full ownership of manufacturing workflows. You will identify inefficiencies and drive Continuous Improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma) to reduce waste and boost throughput
Solve Real Problems: Act as the primary technical resource for the production floor. When machinery goes down or quality issues arise, you are the detective who finds the root cause and the engineer who fixes it for good
Scale Innovation: Work closely with R&D and Design teams during New Product Introduction (NPI) to ensure that what we dream up can actually be built efficiently and cost-effectively
Manage Capital Projects: Lead the charge on upgrading our capabilities. You will handle the justification, specification, and installation of new equipment and tooling
Design for Safety & Ergonomics: Create a workspace that is not only efficient but safe and sustainable for our operators
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience)
Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks/AutoCAD)
Strong grasp of data analysis
Collaborative problem-solver who can communicate complex technical concepts to plant managers and machine operators
Preferred
Familiarity with ERP systems
