Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and modules, including workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow implementations, ensuring optimal performance and user experience
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Participate in platform upgrades, patching, and testing
Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards
Provide technical documentation and user training as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum 12+ Years of Experience required
ServiceNow Development Certification Mandatory
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CMDB
Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and modules, including workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
