Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and manage contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, and related legal documentation
Maintain corporate records, entity filings, licenses, and compliance documentation across multiple jurisdictions
Support formation, dissolution, and ongoing governance of corporate entities, including board materials and meeting minutes
Coordinate document execution, signature processes, tracking, and secure filing systems
Assist with real estate, HOA, and resort-related transactions, including organizing closing documents, title reports, insurance certificates, and checklists
Support review of leases, easements, and property agreements for accuracy and completeness
Monitor regulatory and compliance requirements impacting hospitality, real estate, and timeshare operations
Assist with audits, due diligence efforts, litigation coordination, discovery responses, and document production as needed
Serve as a liaison between Legal, Finance, and operational teams to track contract status, renewals, and obligations
Support legal research, policy development, and special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field required; Paralegal Certificate preferred
5+ years of corporate or real estate paralegal experience, ideally within hospitality, property management, or multi-entity organizations
Strong working knowledge of contract lifecycle management and corporate governance processes
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including drafting and editing professional documents
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and document management systems; experience with DocuSign and corporate databases preferred
Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
