Responsibilities
As an Electrical Engineer, you’ll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for hardware design from requirements analysis through schematic capture, managing of layout constraints, supporting PWB layout, manufacturing, and integration & test
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field
5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience
Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire
U.S. citizenship is required
Preferred
High speed circuit card design incorporating embedded processors or FPGAs
Advanced memory devices and storage protocols
Design for Electromagnetic Compliance (EMC)
Understanding of hardware development processes throughout the lifecycle of the program or project
Experience with circuit card design using advanced materials and packaging techniques
Working knowledge of the Mentor tools Suite for schematic entry and constraint manager
Collaborative, creative thinker with demonstrated success leading design teams for complex projects
Exceptional communication skills with the capacity to drive innovation and secure buy-in on concepts and ideas
