Responsibilities

Soft services and engineering services to first line of
Emergency Response – 24/7 response to emergencies relating to buildings within a regional portfolio. Including: Severe weather, natural disasters and other emergencies that affect business as usual. This includes initial response, client communications and escalations as well as vendor management and follow-up. Delegating tasks and follow up to Assistant Facilities Manager when appropriate
Should have extensive experience with maintenance planning and operations for critical systems in a banking environment. Also include root cause analysis and Siemens working knowledge
Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees
Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed
Oversee cross-functional projects or programs from end to end using a formal process
Ensure that all functions remain on schedule and any issues get escalated and resolved so that the program gets completed on time
Manage internal and external relationships in support of programs
Work with core teams to develop solutions and guide project teams throughout delivery
Create and distribute routine PMO reports, which include status reports and updated Gantt charts
Conduct financial or business evaluations
Establish, cultivate, and maintain effective client relationships
Comprehend, evaluate, and interpret business documents
Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions
Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement
Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams
Work within broad guidelines and policies
Explain difficult or sensitive information

Required

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered
PgMP or PMP certifications preferred
Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred
Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc
Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset
Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations
