Responsibilities
Serve as an integral member of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accurate and timely maintenance of books and records for the Management Company
Prepare and reconcile monthly cash activity across all bank accounts
Record expense allocations and oversee intercompany billing, settlements, and reconciliations between the funds and operating subsidiaries
Support processing and reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable transactions
Contribute to financial reporting, investor reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities
Assist in the preparation of GAAP financial statements and annual audit deliverables
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Fund Accounting, Operating Subsidiary Finance, FP&A, and both internal and external auditors
Participate in initiatives to enhance processes, implement system improvements, and drive automation across accounting operations
Perform ad hoc financial analyses and reporting projects in support of senior leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
2–4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within asset management, financial services, or public accounting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP and accounting systems
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional and remote teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines
Preferred
CPA designation or active progress toward CPA strongly preferred
