Responsibilities
Assist in analyzing customer experience data, research, and market insights to inform product requirements
Support data-driven decision making through metrics, usability studies, and qualitative insights
Help track product performance and basic profitability or budget metrics
Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, designers, content developers, UX researchers, and legal partners to identify opportunities
Support responsible use of AI by helping document requirements, risks, guardrails, and compliance considerations across AI-powered features
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
Strong interest in product management, data analysis, and customer experience
Analytical mindset, curiosity, and ability to work cross-functionally
Must currently be pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited college or university
Must be returning to school in the Fall of 2026
Must reside in the U.S. during the Summer internship program
Preferred
Legal studies, pre-law, regulatory, or ethics-focused academic background preferred
