Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to align sourcing strategies with role requirements
Manage the full recruitment cycle—job intake, posting, screening, outreach, scheduling, interviews, and offers
Optimize our ATS to ensure accuracy, compliance, and candidate communication
Source talent through Boolean searches, LinkedIn, job boards, and social media
Leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing and screening efficiency
Track and report on recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement
Ensure an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience from start to finish

Qualification

Talent AcquisitionATS/CRM platformsHealthcare industry experienceAI recruiting toolsAnalytical mindsetRecruiting compliance knowledgeCommunication skillsOrganization skillsProject management skills

Required

5+ years in Talent Acquisition
Must have healthcare benefits, healthcare delivery, or non-profit industry experience required
3+ years in TA operations, with hands-on experience in ATS/CRM platforms (ADP strongly preferred)
Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate and match candidates to roles
Knowledge of recruiting compliance and best practices

Preferred

Familiarity with AI recruiting tools (ClickUp, HireVire, Copilot a plus)
