Responsibilities
Capture and document customer requirements
Translate business needs into clear, practical functional designs
Recommend best practices while keeping the full contract lifecycle in mind
Conduct system demos during requirement-gathering and solution-design discussions
Train UAT participants, ensuring they understand the design intent, expected KPIs, and the complete workflow
Guide development teams on configuration and solution approaches
Train and support internal teams on CLM setup, features, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Law, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 4 years in software solution architecture
At least 1 year of hands-on experience implementing CLM solutions
Good understanding of contracting processes and systems used in Legal, S2P, and O2C functions
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams
Preferred
A Master's degree is an added advantage
3–5 years of CLM experience
1+ years working with Sirion
Advanced Sirion certifications will be considered a strong advantage
CLM-related certifications are a plus
