Responsibilities
Write and format 2 blog posts per month (800–1,000 words each) from provided outlines
Build and schedule 1 monthly email newsletter
Create and schedule 2 social media posts per week (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Execute the content calendar consistently
Ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
Set up campaigns on Meta and Google Ads from provided strategy and assets
Perform light monitoring of active campaigns
Share high-level performance updates with the strategist
Track marketing tasks and deadlines
Manage revisions and approvals efficiently
Communicate clearly around questions or blockers
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in marketing execution, social media, or content creation
Strong written English and attention to detail
Familiarity with social scheduling tools, email marketing platforms, and basic paid media interfaces
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable following brand voice and direction
Preferred
Experience with creative or service-based brands
