Databricks Partner Sales

The Databricks Partner Sales role is responsible for driving growth by building strategic alliances and positioning LTIMindtree as a trusted partner in Data & AI transformation.
Responsibilities
Define and execute a strategic roadmap to expand and mature the Databricks practice within LTIMindtree
Partner closely with Databricks leadership and field teams , as well as LTIMindtree sales, partner sales, and senior business stakeholders to drive strategic alignment across the region
Drive Databricks adoption, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, and revenue growth by working with LTIMindtree Sales and Delivery Leaders
Own Databricks business growth plans , including revenue targets, pipeline build-out, forecasting accuracy, and order book management
Collaborate with the Global Databricks Practice and Industry Data & AI teams to support RFPs, market events, and GTM initiatives in an entrepreneurial environment
Partner with Account and Sales teams to lead the end-to-end pre-sales motion , engaging Databricks and client stakeholders from opportunity identification through deal closure
Provide executive-level leadership across the entire sales lifecycle , from qualification to negotiation and contract closure
Proactively identify and execute opportunities to expand Databricks footprint across both existing and new LTIMindtree clients
Work closely with Databricks Partner teams to ensure strong governance , including alliance agreements, executive relationships, operating cadence, and engagement processes
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in Databricks Partner Sales, Alliances, or Partner Management roles
Proven ability to work collaboratively with Account Executives, Sales Leadership, Solution Architects, Marketing, and Operations teams to identify, pursue, and scale strategic partnership opportunities
Strong influence and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment and consensus across cross-functional teams
Experience engaging with hyperscaler partners (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ISV/software partner ecosystems to strengthen and advance the Databricks partnership at LTIMindtree
