The role involves leading cross-functional teams and managing projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring execution, accountability, and customer success.

Responsibilities

Lead projects and programs from initiation to closure, including pre-award R&D activities when applicable

Manage customer relationships and cross-functional project teams

Define project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables

Own project schedules, cost tracking, reporting, and risk management

Track milestones, provide status updates, and escalate issues as needed

Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to meet timelines

Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders, Sales, and Technical teams

Drive continuous improvement through best practices and lessons learned

Required

Experience managing projects in a manufacturing or technical environment

Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, on-site environment in Skaneateles, NY

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred (Engineering, Business, or related field)

Manufacturing, injection molding, automation, or regulated industry experience preferred

Technical or engineering background with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications preferred (GD&T, blueprints)

Working knowledge of statistics and data analysis in a manufacturing setting preferred (SPC, trend analysis, problem-solving)
