Handle complex matters for public and private management clients
Independently manage cases from inception through resolution
Advise governing bodies and handle disciplinary hearings
Qualification
Required
10+ years of litigation experience
Strong experience in labor & employment, workers' compensation, government/municipal law, and land use
Extensive courtroom experience in NJ State & Federal Courts, including Workers' Comp Court, Tax Court, OAL, PERC, and administrative agencies
Ability to independently manage cases from inception through resolution
Experience advising governing bodies and handling disciplinary hearings
Active New Jersey Bar license required
Preferred
15+ years total litigation experience preferred
