Responsibilities
Maintain external abstractor statistics and external abstract quality metrics on external abstractor network while maintaining integrity and eliminating non-conformities
Negotiate prices with external abstractors
Review morning report to show orders in area and coordinate with manager
Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely payment to abstractors and counties
Process all work that is returned by the abstractors physically, including walk-ins and certified copy orders
This position will have KPI metrics based on the number of tasks completed as well as the ability to maintain an acceptable error rate
Ability to work overtime, including weekends
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
1+ years of relevant industry experience required
Document retrieval, assignment services, reconveyances, and property title searches experience required
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization
Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess situations, identify issues, and implement effective solutions
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing business needs and priorities
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Commitment and ability to cultivate a diverse and inclusive work environment
Ability to work overtime, including weekends
Regular attendance and punctuality are essential to meet business needs and team collaboration
