Responsibilities
Fulfill project management responsibilities through the full delivery life cycle
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocations, and cross-team dependencies
Lead and coordinate project reviews to ensure deliverables are prepared, evaluated, and approved in advance through all governance stages
Provide oversight and coordination of project activities across multiple teams, including vendor and delivery partners
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
Organize, plan, and facilitate business workshops to align stakeholders across different viewpoints
Provide input and direction to enhance schedules, productivity, budgets, quality, and overall project success
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization
Manage all aspects of project communication and ensure timely, consistent updates to stakeholders
Communicate regularly with cross-functional stakeholders, senior management, and vendors across dispersed geographies and time zones
Run project performance management and governance ceremonies, including steering meetings, status reviews, and stand-ups
Independently develop and maintain project documentation in alignment with Client standards
Collaborate with Corporate Finance to ensure IT compliance with deadlines across the PM community
Demonstrate strong ownership, organization, proactiveness, and collaboration in resolving challenges and driving solutions
Qualification
Required
Strong sense of ownership and commitment to high performance
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including engagement with senior leadership and executive stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Advanced proficiency in project lifecycle methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Iterative)
Proven enterprise-level experience enabling high-performing, dispersed, global teams across locations and vendors
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience OR Master's degree with 6+ years of experience
Senior IT Project Manager with a proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional programs
Preferred
Familiarity with Unified Namespace (UNS) concepts and building data taxonomy/naming standards
Experience delivering GxP projects and system integrations
Understanding of Medical Affairs business functions
Experience in the life sciences industry
PMP certification
