Assistive Technology Research Volunteer

3DA is seeking a volunteer to support their mission and vision through research in assistive technology. The role involves conducting research, writing original papers, and reporting findings to the CEO on various aspects of assistive technology.

Responsibilities

Conduct research and write original research papers as it applies to assistive technology, including but not limited to:
Emerging technologies/startups
Market trends, including access and industry medicaid/AT trends/data/providers
International AT considerations
Recommend actions based on research data
Report weekly to CEO

Required

A genuine interest in the mission of 3DA
Have at least one of the following experiences: Assistive Technology industry experience, University research position in AT or closely aligned, ACL, ATAP, Medicaid, or other relevant governmental organizations, Credentials such as ATP, PhD, or other relevant credentials
Communication skills
Organization skills
Must be comfortable working/communicating in a remote setting
