Responsibilities

Own full‑cycle recruiting for select roles, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
Deliver engaging new hire orientations that build excitement and connection
Support managers in coaching, performance conversations, promotions, and team development
Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR policies, employee relations, and workplace matters
Manage benefits programs, leave administration, and employee assistance offerings with empathy and accuracy
Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe working environment
Maintain accurate records and reporting across benefits, personnel data, compliance, and workforce analytics
Administer performance review and salary programs to ensure fairness and consistency
Conduct compensation/wage surveys to help ensure competitive pay within the market
Partner with leadership to identify trends, reduce turnover, and improve engagement
Coordinate and deliver training on interviewing, hiring, safety, harassment prevention, and more
Prepare HR budgets and participate in organizational planning
Represent the company in HR‑related investigations and hearings

Required

Bachelor's degree OR 5+ years of relevant HR experience

A proactive mindset with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
