SR Manager Partner Development Executive

Responsibilities
Drive Partner field sales relationships as the regional POC for the partner to engage and navigate Capgemini
Demand Generation and Sales Enablement with the Capgemini account base by leveraging the partner channel within a specified geography
Drives partner influence revenue, responsible for individual deals and registrations
Takes the lead for hyperscaler funding claims, working with all stakeholders to initiate and progress the claims
Qualification
Required
Experience in driving revenue growth through partner solutions
Ability to work closely with Marketing, Industry Verticals, Business Lines, and Strategic Partner Managers
Experience in demand generation, deal origination, and pipeline development
Proven track record of managing the full deal lifecycle
Experience utilizing partner funding programs
Ability to ensure accurate deal registration and compliance
Experience in joint account planning and co-developing assets and training
Strong relationship-building skills to foster partner relationships
Ability to drive partner influence revenue and manage individual deals and registrations
Experience with hyperscaler funding claims and working with stakeholders
