Responsibilities
Provide budget, forecast, and mid-range planning support for global divisions as financial business partner
Analyze historical HC and OPEX trends across global divisions to identify forecast-impacting factors, benchmark performance, and assess profitability and efficiency
Prepare consolidated reports for HC, OPEX, CapEx, and fixed asset tracking
Guide long-term financial planning, optimize cost structures and influence executive decisions
Utilize financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive data-driven decision making
Perform multinational strategies with internal stakeholders to improve ROI including reducing costs, investing in tools and AI, closing facilities, and increasing revenue
Utilize US GAAP and IFRS financial regulations to perform financial analysis on insights, trends, and scenarios to improve the business and create profit
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Finance, or related field, or equivalent
two (2) years of experience in the technology industry performing ad-hoc analysis and development of financial models, including gap and trend analysis, risks and opportunities, and Return on Investment (ROI)
analyzing historical HC and OPEX trends across global divisions to identify forecast-impacting factors, benchmark performance, and assess profitability and efficiency
preparing consolidated reports for HC, OPEX, CapEx, and fixed asset tracking
guiding long-term financial planning, optimizing cost structures and influencing executive decisions
utilizing financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive data-driven decision making
