Responsibilities
Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
Work closely with Finance & Business Management in digesting, analyzing, and reporting business metrics
Execute the ACH program delivery strategy partnering with tech, sales, product solutions teams, operations and others
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
Experience with Excel, Access, Vizio, and Tableau
Presentation skills – making and delivering presentations to a varied audience
Team player willing to jump in an assist when and where possible
Preferred
Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
Creative problem solver, capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutions in a complex tech environment
Agile mindset - both in how you deliver solutions with technology partners, but also in managing competing priorities and client demand
