Attend board meetings every two months
Participate in discussions and decision-making
Provide strategic guidance and oversight
Support partnerships, fundraising, and long-term planning
Uphold ethical, legal, and governance responsibilities
Qualification
Required
Commitment to CSA's mission and direction
Strong ethical standards and good judgment
Willingness to actively participate and prepare for meetings
Openness to learning and collaboration
Agreement to follow CSA's bylaws and policies
