Troubleshooting during material changes and minor process issues
Ensuring machines run safely, efficiently, and within quality standards
Supporting continuous improvement and problem-solving
Assisting technicians during repairs and advanced adjustments
Documenting downtime, scrap, and production data
Maintaining effective communication with the team
Qualification
Required
Mechanically inclined
Enjoy troubleshooting
Learn how machines work
Take responsibility for the entire process from start to finish
Perform machine set-ups, adjustments, and changeovers
Troubleshoot during material changes and minor process issues
Ensure machines run safely, efficiently, and within quality standards
Support continuous improvement and problem-solving
Assist technicians during repairs and advanced adjustments
Document downtime, scrap, and production data
Maintain effective communication with the team
Preferred
Candidates with plastics, extrusion, manufacturing, or machine experience
