Full Charge Bookkeeper - Part Time
Co-Pilots Business Services is seeking a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to assist with client financial processes. The role involves managing the accounting cycle, including general ledger postings, A/R & A/P processing, and payroll processing.

Responsibilities
General Ledger Postings
A/R & A/P Processing
Record weekly financial transactions and complete the posting process
Check processing and bank deposits
Enter data, maintain records and assist with financial statements
Process accounts receivable/payable for several clients
Reconciling client bank accounts
Reconciling client credit card deposits and cash deposit
Payroll processing
Sales tax processing
Communicating with client and client customers when needed
Qualification
Required
Must understand the accounting cycle
Knowledge Of QuickBooks Desktop And Online Is REQUIRED
Proven bookkeeping experience
Solid understanding of complete accounting cycle
Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
Hands-on experience with spreadsheets
Proficiency in English and in MS Office
Customer service orientation
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively with clients
Preferred
Gusto experience a plus
Office management and event planning a plus
