Qualification
Required
minimum of 6+ years of relevant Tax Experience
substantial experience advising on the tax aspects of complex transactions, including M&A, leveraged buyouts, restructurings, financings, private equity transactions, executive compensation, and equity investments
strong expertise in U.S. federal income tax, including partnership and corporate tax planning
Preferred
LL.M. in Taxation
CPA designation
experience at a large law firm or accounting firm
