Responsibilities
Guide trusts through administration & probate with confidence
Draft deeds, asset schedules, federal estate/gift tax returns (1041, 709), and client correspondence
Build trusted relationships with clients, beneficiaries, CPAs, and financial advisors
Organize complex estates with airtight document control
Calendar critical deadlines (court filings, hearings, tax due dates)
Bring calm and clarity to sensitive family matters
Qualification
Required
3 + years of Trust & Estates paralegal experience (heavy on trust administration & probate)
A self-starter mindset with impeccable attention to detail
Stellar organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; bonus for matter/document management or accounting software
A paralegal certificate (ABA-approved preferred) – or equivalent hands-on experience
Discretion you can take to the bank when handling confidential matters
