Responsibilities
Grow premium and market share through targeted GA and broker partnerships
Recruit, onboard, and activate high-potential agencies and brokers
Serve as the primary relationship manager, conducting regular performance reviews and driving accountability
Deliver product training, sales support, and competitive insights to partners
Maintain expertise in assigned insurance products and market trends
Manage pipeline, forecasting, and sales activity
Collaborate with Underwriting, Product, Marketing, and Operations to support partner needs and ensure successful case placement
Represent the company at industry events and monitor competitive activity
Qualification
Required
7+ years of insurance sales experience with a focus on GA/broker distribution
Strong product knowledge (Life, Health, Disability, Voluntary Benefits)
Demonstrated success in channel development and relationship management
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
