Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED equivalent
6+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience in the commercial and/or industrial sectors
Experience managing projects and leading small teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
A desire to grow into a leadership role and make a long-term impact
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
