Diesel Direct is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Stoughton, MA. This role focuses on handling inbound customer opportunities and converting them into new business while building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound customer calls related to fuel needs, pricing, availability, and service options

Solution the best possible service to meet the clients specific needs on the call

Prepare accurate, timely, and customized fuel quotes based on customer needs and usage patterns

Actively convert inbound inquiries into new business and expanded customer relationships

Work closely with sales leadership to develop product knowledge and pricing strategies

Use CRM systems and customer databases daily to track leads, quotes, and customer interactions

Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activity and customer communications

Follow up on quotes and leads to drive conversion and customer acquisition

Work with field sales team members to engage clients locally who require more in depth contact to develop the opportunity

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers
