They are seeking an Epic Application Analyst for the Bridges Interface role, responsible for designing and implementing seamless integrations between EPIC and downstream systems while providing hands-on technical expertise and strategic input on interoperability.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for the interfaces assigned to implement and support
Configure and support the interfaces used to migrate application build between environments using the Data Courier application
Coordinate analysis sessions to identify interface business needs, create technical designs, and own issue triage necessary to implement and support assigned interfaces
Work closely with the interface project manager, application teams, and technical teams to ensure that interfaces meet the needs of end users

Required

Strong knowledge and experience with interface engines
Strong knowledge and experience with HL7 and FHIR development
Strong understanding of data integration between applications and devices
Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills
Ability to understand business requirements and their impact on technical solutions
Ability to work in a complex environment to manage multiple concurrent communication needs
Skill at tracking tasks, defining next steps, identifying owners, and holding others accountable
Ability to coordinate activities and facilitate meetings involving multiple stakeholders, including vendors, subject matter experts, interface engine developers, and end users
Demonstrating flexibility with respect to changing end‐user business needs
The ability and willingness to recognize assignments or tasks that need to be completed, to seek out additional assignments or tasks, and to help others
The ability to communicate information clearly and concisely with project leadership and subject matter experts
The ability to gain trust and establish effective relationships with Epic counterparts
The ability and willingness to learn new software and systems
Listening attentively to ensure that the intended message has been accurately received, holding responses until the person have finished making their point, and repeating information to ensure accuracy
Seeking, logically examining, and interpreting information from different sources to determine a problem's cause and developing a course of action to resolve the problem and to prevent its recurrence

Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience and under
Minimum 4 years of experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma
Experience with interface engines
External applicants must possess active Epic certification in the required application/module at the time of hire. Proof of current certification is required

Preferred

Certification, experience, or proficiency in one or more of the following Epic modules: Bridges Interface and Data Courier
