Responsibilities
Direct support to CSP, LEAP, LLEP, Serviceable Solutions, CSLA, COS, Sub-Components and Off-Platform customers
Working in ARDS continuing implementation into SAP
Investigation and status of Griefs
Assists with hardware, SAP change implementation, other related systems, perform audits to determine compliance with quality management system standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements
Conduct regular independent audits in order to proactively identify non-conformities and areas for improvement
Provide comprehensive assessment of all materials management activities to monitor for compliance with regulatory requirements and recognized industry best practices
Review company systems, policies and procedures and make recommendations to management team
Review and present findings and concerns with the appropriate personnel or representatives of suppliers or service providers
Investigate non-conformities to the required level and ensure appropriate corrective and preventative actions are taken
Ensure adequate corrective and/or preventative actions are implemented, planned or accomplished for all audit findings
Review and investigate accident and incident reports
Monitor and close occurrence reports and review trends
Communicate audit or occurrence report trends to management team
Evaluate closing activities associated with reports and internal or external investigations
Liaise with regulatory authorities to resolve regulatory and quality matters
Assists in the development of new standard repairs for nonconforming materials, parts and equipment
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in receiving, storing, picking, kitting, and shipping processes
Experience working with commercial Component Services Programs (CSP)
1+ years of experience performing Final Acceptance tests on various products
3+ years of experience with regulatory, certifications, or standards within Aviation
1+ years of experience in SAP S4 HANA Sourcing and Procurement including the following: requirement processing, purchase order processing, service purchasing, procurement analytics, purchase order collaboration, source assignment, operational contract management, invoice processing, accounts payable, invoice collaboration, release strategy, workflow approval process, classification and integrations with project systems, inventory management, quality management and other cross applications
1+ years of experience working with import and export regulations
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Preferred
Lead Auditor AS9100 Rev D & ISO 9001 Certified
TE2 and SAP experience
Landing Gear and Lease experience
Extensive knowledge with ASA-100 Quality Systems Standard, Aviation Suppliers Association
Knowledge of Part 145 regulations for aircraft and component maintenance
Experienced with component receiving inspection requirements
Creation and maintenance of ASL for warehouse programs
