They are seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist to create cohesive, on-brand content across multiple platforms while supporting the marketing team and brand vision.

Responsibilities
Create campaigns, videos, reels, and social media posts following the marketing calendar
Collaborate with the marketing team to produce content for all four brands
Attend events as needed to capture content on-site
Ensure consistency in style, tone, and quality across all brands and platforms
Incorporate feedback from Directors and Marketing Manager
Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on social media platforms and tools (Later, Canva, Flodesk, Google Ads, IG, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.)
Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently while staying organized
Qualification
Required
Experienced in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing
Creative and team-oriented with strong communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management
Comfortable capturing content on-site at events and working flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Positive, energetic, and ready to have fun while creating engaging content
