Member Service Representative
PromiseCare Management is a company focused on providing support to members, health plans, and providers. They are seeking a Member Service Representative who will handle inbound calls, provide excellent customer service, and ensure member satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities
Answering phones professionally and responding to inquiries and complaints
Manage the call lifecycle
Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources as necessary
Following up complicated calls where required (both internally and externally)
Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM
Obtaining all relevant data for complete ticket management and response
Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
Managing administration, communicating, and coordinating with internal departments
Providing customers with the organization's service and product information
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Full-time, on-premise position: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, specifically verbal
Ability to work with others in a close manner
Good computer skills
Good multi-tasking skills
Able to react effectively and calmly under pressure
Able to maintain customer confidentiality
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
