Responsibilities

Scope, design, test, and deploy new features and components that leverage AI to automate and enhance T&S operations, enabling teams to scale their user protection impact efficiently
Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring a high-quality user experience
Work across the stack from building AI models, to performing experiments, improving quality, building infrastructure and tools, etc
Collaborate cross-functionally to solve ambiguous, testing, and impactful problems at the intersection of technology, automation, user protection, and AI
Participate in code reviews, receive and give constructive feedback to peers

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages
5 years of experience in software engineering or related technical fields
3 years of experience debugging issues relating to hardware, test setup, firmware, and software

Preferred

Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field
3 years of experience with abuse detection
3 years of experience with AI algorithms
Experience with Generative AI
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply on complex issues
