Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
Respond to emails within 24 hrs and web chats within 10 seconds
Resolve inquiries efficiently (“one-touch” resolutions)
Process orders using SageX3/Zendesk and assist with inbound sales
Collaborate with managers to meet satisfaction goals
Support warehouse operations during occasional evening or weekend shifts
Qualification
Required
6 months email correspondence experience
6 months MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
2 years customer service experience
Strong communication skills
Strong organization skills
Strong time management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred
2+ years customer service experience
CRM or call center software experience (Zendesk, Sage100, Cisco, Calabrio)
